We want you to love your Buoy pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn apparel with original tags attached. If your fit isn't quite right, we provide seamless exchanges or full refunds to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and attach it securely to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the journey back to our warehouse for you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
